1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Booking, Deposits, and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your scheduled rental. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the balance is not paid in full.
3. Passenger Conduct and Liability
The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the booking party or their guests will result in additional charges to the credit card on file. We are not liable for any personal property left on the bus, nor are we responsible for any injuries sustained during the rental period.
T&D Party Wagon reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if passengers engage in illegal activities, excessive rowdiness, or behavior that threatens the safety of the driver or the vehicle.
4. SMS/Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from T&D Party Wagon regarding your booking, updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP". For help, reply "HELP".

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
